Session Confirmation: 

You will also receive a confirmation email with your session details, including the date, time, and link to the virtual meeting room if applicable. Please review this information carefully to ensure everything is correct.

At Chordius Consulting, we strive to provide the best experience for all our clients. In order to maintain a reliable and effective schedule, please observe the following cancellation and rescheduling policies:

24-Hour Notice:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients on our waiting list.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failing to show up for a scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of your session fee. This policy is in place to ensure that our services are efficiently utilised.

Punctuality: 

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we ask that you arrive on time for your appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notification, it will be considered a late cancellation.
